Organization Regulations on Employee Welfare Committee Article 11
The employee welfare committee shall submit the following information to the competent authority for record and review:1. Rules of the committee.2. Name list of committee members and staffs.3. Address of the committee.4. Date of establishing the committee.If there are changes of the first three items prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the committee shall report to the competent authority for record and review.
