Regulations Governing Establishment of the Labor Funds Supervisory Committee of the Ministry of Labor Article 7
The members of the committee shall serve a term of two years and may be reappointed (reassigned) when a term expires.The number of reappointed (reassigned) committee members may be more than one third but shall be less than two thirds of the total number of committee members.
