The Fund's income sources are as follows:1.The labor retirement reserve funds allocated by all business entities in compliance with Article 56, Paragraph 1 of the Labor Standards Act.2.Fines collected pursuant to Article 50, Paragraph 1 of the Labor Pension Act.3.The money accrued from interest or through investment by the Fund.4. Other monies allocated with government approval.

一、依勞動基準法第五十六條第一項規定由各事業單位所提撥之勞工退休準備金。
二、依勞工退休金條例第五十條第一項所收繳之罰鍰。

四、其他經政府核定撥交之款項。
