Chinese:: 勞工退休金條例施行細則第50條

These Enforcement Rules shall take effect on July 1, 2005.Except for Article 38 as amended and promulgated on June 24, 2014, which took effect on January 1, 2015, and Article 21 as amended and promulgated on March 25, 2026, which shall take effect on August 1, 2026, the amended provisions of these Enforcement Rules shall take effect on the date of promulgation.

本細則自中華民國九十四年七月一日施行。
本細則修正條文，除中華民國一百零三年六月二十四日修正發布之第三十八條，自一百零四年一月一日施行；一百十五年三月二十五日修正發布之第二十一條，自一百十五年八月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
