Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act Article 41-1
Where a survivor or designated person of a worker is a minor on the date on which the right to claim pension benefits arises, the ten-year period prescribed in Paragraph 4 of Article 28 of the Act shall be calculated from the date on which the person reaches the age of majority.
