Regulations for the Implementation of Annuity Insurance under the Labor Pension Act Article 44
If the pension payment under the annuity insurance is on monthly basis, the insurers shall make payment at least every 3 months.The insurer shall make first payment of the monthly pension referred to in the preceding Paragraph from the month following receipt of the application.

年金保險之退休金採月退休金之方式給付者，保險人每三個月至少應發放一次。
