Regulations for the Implementation of Annuity Insurance under the Labor Pension Act Article 24
If there is any change or error in the name, sex/gender, date of birth and national identification or resident certificate number of any person participating in annuity insurance, the employer shall immediately fill out an application for change of his/her information and submit the same, along with photocopies of the national identification card, resident certificate or relevant documents, to the insurer for processing the change.If there is any omission in the application/report information submitted by the employer, the employer shall make the correction within 10 days from the day following receipt of the written notice from the insurer.

參加年金保險者之姓名、性別、出生年月日及國民身分證統一編號或居留證統一證號有變更或錯誤時，雇主應即填具資料變更申請書，並檢附其國民身分證影本、居留證影本或有關證件，送保險人辦理變更。
雇主所送參加年金保險之申報資料，有疏漏者，應於接到保險人書面通知之翌日起十日內補正。
