Labor Pension Act Article 40
The competent authorities, labor inspection agencies or the Bureau of Labor Insurance charged with protecting worker interests may, if necessary, check and verify the name list of employees and other relevant information and materials of business entities.An employee may, upon discovering any violation of the Act by the employer, file a complaint with the employer, the Bureau of Labor Insurance, the labor inspection agencies or the competent authorities; an employer shall not take any unfavorable measure against the employee who files such a complaint.

為確保勞工權益，主管機關、勞動檢查機構或勞保局必要時得查對事業單位勞工名冊及相關資料。
