Labor Pension Act Article 4
The Central Competent Authority shall, in order to supervise the management and operation of the labor retirement fund referred to in the Act and Article 56, Paragraph 3 of the Labor Standards Act, employ government representatives, labor representatives, employer representatives and experts and scholars to form a Labor Fund Supervisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Supervisory Committee).The supervisory matters, procedures, personnel composition, term of office and employment and other related matters by the Supervisory Committee referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the Central Competent Authority.

中央主管機關為監理本條例與勞動基準法第五十六條第三項規定勞工退休基金之管理及運用業務，應聘請政府機關代表、勞工代表、雇主代表及專家學者，以勞動基金監理會（以下簡稱監理會）行之。
前項監理會之監理事項、程序、人員組成、任期與遴聘及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
