Labor Pension Act Article 1
The Act is enacted to protect workers' livelihood after retirement, strengthen the relations between workers and employers, and promote social and economic development.The Act takes precedent over other statutes with respect to labor pensions. Matters not prescribed addressed herein shall be governed by other statutes.

為增進勞工退休生活保障，加強勞雇關係，促進社會及經濟發展，特制定本條例。
