Regulations Governing the Organization of the Supervisory Committee of Labor Retirement Reserve of a Business Entity Article 3
The supervisory committee is composed of representative selected or appointed by workers and their employer. It shall be consisted of from three to fifteen members. Among them, one shall be chairperson, another one shall be vice-chairperson and not less than two-thirds of them shall be worker-representatives. However, when the number of workers employed is less than two, the number of worker-representative shall not be less than one-half.For those business entities hiring over one hundred workers, the members of the supervisory committee shall not be less than nine.For those business entities with branch institutions, they may separately or combinely organize supervisory committees.

監督委員會由勞工與雇主分別選派代表共同組成。
置委員三人至十五人，其中一人為主任委員，一人為副主任委員，委員中勞工代表人數不得少於三分之二。
但僱用勞工人數二人以下者，委員中勞工代表人數不得少於二分之一。
事業單位僱用勞工在一百人以上者其委員人數不得少於九人。
事業單位設有分支機構者，得分別或合併組織監督委員會。
