Enforcement Rules of the Employment Insurance Act Article 26
The Enforcement Rules shall be effective fromJanuary 1, 2003.Except for the amendments promulgated on April 19, 2022, which took effect on May 1, 2022, and the amendments promulgated on December 2, 2025, which shall take effect on January 1, 2026, the amended provisions of these Enforcement Rules shall take effect on the date of promulgation.
