Enforcement Rules of the Employment Insurance Act Article 24-1

In the event that an employee wishes to file a lawsuit against the employer for the impact on his or her insurance benefits as a result of the employer's violation of this Act by failing to enroll the said employee or under-declaring the said employee's insured salary, the said employee may apply for to the central competent authority legal assistance. The central competent authority may commission a private organization to provide the legal assistance described in the preceding paragraph.
