Enforcement Rules of the Employment Insurance Act Article 23

A record of seeking employment defined in Article 30 of the Act contains the following:1.Name, address, telephone number, and contact person of the establishment.2.Job description.3.Date.4.Status of seeking employment.The abovementioned record of seeking employment shall be the record of seeking employment within 30 days before the insured person applies for unemployment status confirmation.
