When a person receiving unemployment benefit applies for unemployment recertification, he/she must provide at least two records of seeking job before he/she can continue to claim. A person who cannot provide a record of seeking employment must correct within seven days. If the documents are not properly revised before the prescribed period, his/her unemployment benefit will be ceased

領取失業給付者，應於辦理失業再認定時，至少提供二次以上之求職紀錄，始得繼續請領。
