Employment Insurance Act Article 28
In the event that a person failed to find work after vocational training is completed, the vocational training institution shall request the public employment agency to issue a letter of unemployment confirmation. If the said person has not made the unemployment benefit claim or has not yet received unemployment benefits for the maximum period allowed, the vocational training institution shall also request the insurer to issue the remaining unemployment benefits the said person is entitled to according to the benefit payment period regulation of Article 16.

職業訓練期滿未能推介就業者，職業訓練單位應轉請公立就業服務機構完成失業認定；其未領取或尚未領滿失業給付者，並應轉請保險人核發失業給付，合併原已領取之失業給付，仍以第十六條規定之給付期間為限。
