Employment Insurance Act Article 22-1
The insurer shall pay insurance benefits to be disbursed according to the Act within 15 days after approving the claims. If there is any delay in payment of benefits due to causes attributable to the insurer an interest for the period of delay shall be added when the benefits are paid.
