Employment Insurance Act Article 13
An insured person who has not accepted job placement from a public employment agency due to one of the following reasons may still apply unemployment benefits:1.The wages are lower than the unemployment benefits the said insured person may receive.2.The workplace is over 30 kilometers from the said insure person's home.

申請人對公立就業服務機構推介之工作，有下列各款情事之一而不接受者，仍得請領失業給付：
一、工資低於其每月得請領之失業給付數額。
二、工作地點距離申請人日常居住處所三十公里以上。
