Enforcement Rules of the Labor Insurance Act Article 64
In the event that the insured persons are hospitalized several times with the same occupational injuries or diseases, the total number of days of food expenses as provided for in Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Act shall be counted from the first day of hospitalization and calculated in combine every six months.The standards for payments of the food expenses referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be drawn up by the central competent authority with the central health and welfare competent authority.
中文原文 勞工保險條例施行細則第64條
被保險人以同一傷病分次住院者，依本條例第四十三條第一項第四款給付之膳食費日數，應自其第一次住院之日起，每六個月合併計算。
前項膳食費支付數額，由中央主管機關會同中央衛生福利主管機關另定之。
