This Act shall take effect from the date of promulgation.The enforcement date of this amendment to this Act amended on July 17, 2008, shall be determined by Executive Yuan unless the enforcement date is otherwise defined.The enforcement date of Article 15 as amended on April 8, 2011, shall be determined by Executive Yuan

本條例自公布日施行。
本條例中華民國九十七年七月十七日修正條文施行日期，除另定施行日期者外，由行政院定之。
本條例中華民國一百年四月八日修正之第十五條之施行日期，由行政院定之。
