Labor Insurance Act Article 51
A specially contracted hospital or clinic offering out-patient or inpatient hospitalization services shall charge an insured person for medical expenses due in accordance with the Schedule for the Payment of Medical Expenses in Labor Insurance, and the Schedule of usable Medicines and Their Prices.The Schedule for the Payment of Medical Expenses in Labor Insurance, and the Schedule of Usable Medicines and Their Prices referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent central authority.The medical expenses referred to in preceding paragraph 1 shall be subject to review by a screening committee consisting of various categories of doctors and pharmacists appointed by the insurer. The regulations concerning such a review shall be prescribed by the competent central authority.

各特約醫療院、所辦理門診或住院診療業務，其診療費用，應依照勞工保險診療費用支付標準表及用藥種類與價格表支付之。
前項勞工保險診療費用支付標準表及用藥種類與價格表，由中央主管機關會同中央衛生主管機關定之。
保險人為審核第一項診療費用，應聘請各科醫藥專家組織診療費用審查委員會審核之；其辦法由中央主管機關定之。
