Labor Insurance Act Article 45
In case an insured person has been receiving inpatient hospitalization care for an injury or sickness for more than one month, the hospital concerned shall file an application for further hospitalization of the insured person once every month.In case an insured person receiving inpatient hospitalization care in a hospital operated or specially contracted by the insurer is recommended after diagnosis to leave the hospital for convalescence.

被保險人因傷病住院診療，住院日數超過一個月者，每一個月應由醫院辦理繼續住院手續一次。
住院診療之被保險人，經保險人自設或特約醫院診斷認為可出院療養時，應即出院；如拒不出院時，其繼續住院所需費用，由被保險人負擔。
