Labor Insurance Act Article 24
In case an insured unit intentionally files an application for person ineligible under the provisions of this Act to participate in the insurance scheme, to receive insurance benefits, the insurer shall take legal action to recover the paid insurance benefits；but also to nullify his qualifications.

投保單位故意為不合本條例規定之人員辦理參加保險手續，領取保險給付者，保險人應依法追還；並取消該被保險人之資格。
