Regulations Governing the Management and Utilization of the Labor Insurance Fund Article 6
The restrictions on domestic investment of the Fund are as follows:1. The total cost for the investment in any single equity securities, debt securities or fund may not exceed five percent of the total amount of the Fund at the time of investment;2. The total amount for the investment any equity securities or debt securities may not exceed ten percent of the total amount of each securities issued at the time of investment;3. The total amount for the investment in a single fund may not exceed ten percent of the amount of beneficiary certificates issued. If a fund is an exchange traded fund, the total amount invested may not exceed twenty percent of the amount of beneficiary certificates issued.

本基金國內投資之限制，規定如下：
一、投資於單一權益證券、債務證券或基金之總成本，不得超過投資當時本基金總額百分之五。
二、投資於任一權益證券、債務證券之總額，不得超過投資當時各該證券發行總額百分之十。
三、投資於單一基金之總額，不得超過該基金已發行受益權單位數百分之十。
單一基金為指數股票型證券投資信託基金者，不得超過各該基金已發行受益權單位數百分之二十。
