The sources of the Fund are as follows:1. The funds provided in one lump sum by the government at the time the Fund was set up;2. Insurance premium and interest income and the balance after payment of insurance benefits;3. Insurance premium overdue fines;4. Earnings from investment of the Fund;5. Other approved revenue.
