Regulations for Offsetting of Capital and Interest of Relief Loans for those with Labor Insurance Article 5
Under one of the following circumstances, repayment for uncompleted loans shall be considered completed: 1. An insured person or his or her beneficiary applies for old age pension benefits, death benefits or permanent disability benefits.2. The insured person applies to the local competent authority for Labor Insurance compensation.Insured persons are required to present a written notice to the agency responsible for the industry in concern or the competent authority to deduct unpaid principal and interest from the compensation specified in Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph. However, when the Labor Insurance compensation applied for is smaller than the remaining unpaid principal and interest, only the amount applied for shall be deducted.

本貸款契約未屆滿前，有下列情事之一者，貸款視為全部到期：
一、被保險人或其受益人請領老年給付、死亡給付或終身無工作能力之失能給付。
二、被保險人向其所屬機關請領勞工保險補償金。
前項第二款補償金之代扣減，保險人應就其未清償本息，以書面通知事業機關或其主管機關，代扣償還之。
但請領之勞工保險補償金較未清償之本息餘額低時，僅代扣請領金額。
