Standards for Disability Benefits of Labor Insurance Article 7
The survivors of the insured person who wish to select lump-sum disability payment deducting the pension which already been paid according to Paragraph 2 of Article 63-1 of the Act, the payment Standards could apply the regulations in previous two articles.
