Collective Agreement Act Article 27
When a collective agreement is concluded in the form of non-fixed- term, any party may terminate the agreement anytime after one year of concluding. Provided that, it shall notify the other party in writing three months before the termination.If the notice period agreed-upon in the collective agreement is longer than that of in the proviso referred to in the preceding Paragraph, it shall prevail.

團體協約為不定期者，當事人之一方於團體協約簽訂一年後，得隨時終止團體協約。
但應於三個月前，以書面通知他方當事人。
