Regulations for Decision on the Unfair Labor Practices Article 36
In case that a court refuses to approve the decision on the unfair labor practice that is sent to the court by the Board for approval, the Central Competent Authority shall send the ruling of the court to the Board for action to be taken.When taking an action on the matter, the Board shall review the opinions of the parties if necessary.

裁決委員會依本法第四十八條第二項規定將裁決決定書送請法院審核，法院不予核定時，中央主管機關應送請裁決委員會處理之。
