Enforcement Rules of Labor Union Act Article 14
The number of members’ representatives of a labor union elected in accordance with Paragraph 1 to Article 15 of the Act, shall be at least three times of the number of directors of the board to be elected.The number of members’ representatives of confederation of labor unions shall be at least two times of the number of directors of the board to be elected.
