Labor Union Act Article 47
For those labor unions that were organized before the implementation of the Act, if their names, union charters, numbers or terms of services of their directors or supervisors are not consistent with the provisions of the Act, those inconsistencies shall be corrected when the most current general meeting of members or member representatives is convened.
