The quorum of a meeting of the examination board shall be the majority of the members.Members of the examination board shall attend the meetings in person and shall not attend by proxy. In the event that the chairperson is unable to preside over a meeting of the examination board, he/she may appoint another member to act on his/her behalf at the meeting. The members of the examination board shall have no remuneration, while the expert/scholar members may receive an attendance allowance.
