Act for Worker Protection of Mass Redundancy Article 15
In order to stay abreast of fast-changing labor market trends, the central authority shall form the Assessment Committee, which shall collect information pertaining to the causes of mass redundancy initiated by business entities in order to inform government policy-making concerning industrial development and employment.Regulations governing the organization and operation procedures of the Assessment Committee shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.

為掌握勞動市場變動趨勢，中央主管機關應設置評估委員會，就事業單位大量解僱勞工原因進行資訊蒐集與評估，以作為產業及就業政策制訂之依據。
