Regulations for the Management of Tourist Amusement Enterprise Article 42
A tourist amusement enterprise applying for a tourist amusement enterprise business license or exclusive trade logo shall pay fees according to the following standards:1. A fee of NT$25,000 shall be paid for the issuance of a tourist amusement enterprise business license and exclusive trade logo.2. A fee of NT$1,500 shall be paid for the reissuance or replacement of a tourist amusement enterprise business license.3. A fee of NT$15,000 shall be paid for the reissuance, replacement, or additional issuance of a tourist amusement enterprise exclusive trade logo.A tourist amusement enterprise that was lawfully approved to operate prior to the coming into effect of these Regulations shall be exempt from the fee when it applies for the issuance of a tourist amusement enterprise business license; and the same applies to an application for the replacement of the business license due to a change of address resulting from an administrative district adjustment or street address rearrangement. An application for the replacement of the tourist amusement enterprise exclusive trade logo due to a change in its form by amendments to these Regulations shall, except for additional issuance, be exempt from payment.
中文原文 觀光遊樂業管理規則第42條
觀光遊樂業申請觀光遊樂業執照或觀光遊樂業專用標識者，應依下列基準繳納費用：
一、申請核發觀光遊樂業執照及觀光遊樂業專用標識，應繳納新臺幣二萬五千元。
二、申請補發及換發觀光遊樂業執照，應繳納新臺幣一千五百元。
三、申請補發、換發及增設觀光遊樂業專用標識，應繳納新臺幣一萬五千元。
前項本規則施行前已依法核准經營之觀光遊樂業，申請核發觀光遊樂業執照，免繳；其因行政區域調整或門牌改編之地址變更而申請換發觀光遊樂業執照者，亦同；觀光遊樂業專用標識型式經本規則修正變更之申請換發，除原增設者外，免繳。
