Regulations for the Management of Tourist Amusement Enterprise Article 28
In the event that a tourist amusement enterprise joins a domestic or international franchise, the enterprise shall submit a report to the local administrative authority for file along with the contract and other documents after due procedures are completed in accordance with the law.When the local administrative authority puts on file the report as described in the previous Paragraph, a copy of such information shall be sent to the Tourism Administration of MOTC.

觀光遊樂業參加國內、外同業聯營組織經營時，應依有關法令規定辦理後，檢附契約書等相關文件報請地方主管機關備查。
地方主管機關為前項備查時，應副知交通部觀光署。
