Tourist hotel enterprises shall adopt the following steps for compliance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Act concerning obligation to notify:1. Examine whether the specific purposes of the collection and processing of personal information match the reasons for exemption from notification.2. Adopt appropriate means of notification in accordance with the situation of the information collection.
