Regulations for Awards to Outstanding Tourism Enterprises, Groups and Professionals Article 2

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications (“MOTC”) mandates the Tourism Administration of the MOTC (“the Tourism Administration”) to conduct matters for the implementation of the Awards to Outstanding Tourism Enterprises, Groups, and Individuals in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. The matters mandated and the legal basis for the mandate shall be publicly announced and published in a government gazette and newspapers.
