Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 39

If a tour guide encounters an incident or accident in the practice of his or her duties, he or she shall immediately take appropriate measures, and shall report the course and handling of the event to the Tourism Administration and the employing travel agency, organization or group within 24 hours.

導遊人員執行業務時，如發生特殊或意外事件，除應即時作妥當處置外，並應將經過情形於二十四小時內向交通部觀光署及受僱旅行業或機關團體報備。
