Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 37

A tour guide shall practice his or her business in accordance with the tour itinerary and contents arranged by the employing travel agency or the hiring organization or group, and may not make arbitrary changes except when necessitated by force majeure or special accidents.
中文原文 導遊人員管理規則第37條
導遊人員應依僱用之旅行業或招請之機關、團體所安排之觀光旅遊行程執行業務，非因臨時特殊事故，不得擅自變更。
