Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 35

A tour guide license shall be valid for three years. Within one year before expiration, an application for license renewal shall be filed with the Tourism Administration or an authorized organization commissioned by the Tourism Administration before the expiration date.

導遊人員執業證有效期間為三年，期滿前一年內應向交通部觀光署或其委託之團體申請換發。
