The certification examinations, training, licensing, management, and punishing and rewarding of tour guides shall be administered by the Tourism Administration under commission by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (hereinafter “the MOTC”). Commissioned matters along with related legal grounds shall be announced and published in government bulletins or newspapers.

導遊人員之評量、訓練、執業證核發、管理、獎勵及處罰等事項，由交通部委任交通部觀光署執行之；其委任事項及法規依據應公告並刊登政府公報或新聞紙。
