Regulations Governing Tour Managers Article 12

Applicants for certification shall turn in the following documents and pay the fees re-quired:1. Enrollment form and CV2. Proof of qualification and subject test exemptions3. National ID photocopy, resident ID for Taiwan area, R.O.C.（Taiwan） nationals residing overseas Identity Certificate issued by OCAC, or photocopy of valid ROC passport with foreign resident ID endorsement conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ROC embassy, consulate, representative office, economic and cultural office or an institution authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of foreign residence; and photocopy of passport or alien resident certificate for foreign nationals and residents of Hong Kong or Macau. Residents of mainland China shall submit a copy of their resident ID.4. A one-inch headshot photo (no hat) taken within one year5. Enrollment feesFor people signing up for certification online, fee payment methods are indicated in the enrollment brochure and on the enrollment website of the Tourism Administration.

參測人員應繳交下列費件：
一、報名履歷表。
二、報名資格、部分科目免測之證明文件。
三、國民身分證或臺灣地區居留證影本。
華僑應繳僑務委員會核發之華僑身分證明書或外交部或僑居地之中華民國使領館、代表處、辦事處、其他外交部授權機構加簽僑居身分之有效中華民國護照影本。
外國人、香港或澳門居民應繳護照或居留證影本。
大陸地區人民應繳交居留證影本。
四、最近一年內一吋正面脫帽半身照片。
五、報名費。
參測人員以網路報名時，其應繳費件之方式，載明於領隊人員評量測驗報名簡章及交通部觀光署領隊人員評量測驗報名網站。
