Tourist hotels and their employees in violation of the Act and the Regulations for Administration of Tourist Hotel Enterprises shall be fined as follows. General tourist hotel enterprises located in Municipal governments on the level of self-government of municipalities under the direct jurisdiction of the Executive Yuan shall be fined by the Government of Municipal governments on the level of self-government of municipalities under the direct jurisdiction of the Executive Yuan in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1. The rest of the international tourist hotel enterprise and the general tourist hotel enterprise shall be fined by the Tourism Administration appointed by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1.Appendix 1.PDF
