violations of this Act and management rules for Designated Scenic Spot regarding regulations governing designated scenic spots and tourist locations shall be fined by the Tourism Administration of Ministry of Transportation Communications, self-government of municipalities under the direct jurisdiction of the Executive Yuan, or County (City) Government in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 9.Any person who violates the provisions of Articles 62 to 64 of this Act relating to the management of tourist areas shall be fined by the competent authorities for the related matters in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 9.Appendix 9.PDF
