Regulations for the Administration of Hotel Enterprises Article 23
Hotel enterprises shall register the information of lodgers on a daily basis; the lodger registration books shall be kept in inventory for a period of 180 days.The collection, handling, and use of lodger information mentioned in Paragraph 1 shall comply with provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.

旅館業應將每日住宿旅客資料登記；其保存期間為半年。
