Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 73
A travel agency ordered to suspend its business shall return all licenses and certificates issued by the Tourism Administration on the starting day of the suspension, and shall apply for business resumption and reclaim all licenses and certificates within fifteen days after the suspension period.

旅行業受停業處分者，應於停業始日繳回交通部觀光署發給之各項證照；停業期限屆滿後，應於十五日內申報復業，並發還各項證照。
