Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 69
The administrative authority, or in coordination with the competent authority for related matters, may award or acknowledge the operator of a travel agency who has met any of the following conditions:1.) Having performed in an outstanding manner in enthusiastic participation in international promotional campaigns or fostering international friendship.2.) Having made special contributions to defending national honor or protecting tourist safety3.) Having written reports or offered information deemed as valuable for reference or implementation.4.) Having outstanding performance in domestic or overseas operations of travel, food and accommodation, and tourist guide services.5.) Having other good conduct or practices deemed by the administrative authority as worthy of award and recognition.
中文原文 旅行業管理規則第69條
旅行業或其從業人員有下列情事之一者，除予以獎勵或表揚外，並得協調有關機關獎勵之：
一、熱心參加國際觀光推廣活動或增進國際友誼有優異表現者。
二、維護國家榮譽或旅客安全有特殊表現者。
三、撰寫報告或提供資料有參採價值者。
四、經營國內外旅客旅遊、食宿及導遊業務，業績優越者。
五、其他特殊事蹟經主管機關認定應予獎勵者。

二、維護國家榮譽或旅客安全有特殊表現者。
三、撰寫報告或提供資料有參採價值者。
四、經營國內外旅客旅遊、食宿及導遊業務，業績優越者。
