Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 32
A travel agency shall set reasonable tariffs for its business. A travel agency may not engage in unfair competitive behavior by illicit means.Airfares, prices for food and accommodation, and prices for means of transportation in the tour market shall be announced every three months by the Travel Quality Assurance Association R.O.C. for the reference of consumers.
