Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 30

Before commencing business, a travel agency shall submit notification of the date of business commencement and a list of employees to the Tourism Administration based on the Administration’s format.The list of employees mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be consistent with the payroll list of the travel agency. In the event of any change in the travel agency’s employed staff, the travel agency shall file the change in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Administration within ten days.A travel agency shall, prior to June 30th every year, fill out a report on its financial and operational status in the form specified by the Tourism Administration.
