Fee-charging Standards for Reviewing Applications of the Establishment of Tourist Amusement Enterprises by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications Article 7
The Administration shall review these fees at least once every three years, with consideration to changes in processing costs as well as overall cost levels. The Administration will report the results of these reviews to the MOTC, including a discussion of any recommended changes to fee levels.
